What types of properties do you offer?

We offer four different Villa style homes for rent or sale at Saddlebrooke Ranch which are HOA maintained single level duplex homes embedded in a planned community located in Oracle AZ.

What models are offered?

We own four (4) Villas at SaddleBrooke Ranch. Our properties were purchased for their size and locations. We offer two (2) Viva models on Slate with fantastic views located in unit 14A close to all the amentities; a Lago model on Shale in unit 14A; and a Large "stand alone" Bria model on a large coner lot in 21A.
