At Flexible Rentals we provide a selection of furnished Villas at SaddleBrooke Ranch which are duplex condominiums. All of our Villas are single story 2-bedroom units with a den. As a condominium style home, all maintenance to the property is handled by the HOA and any interior or appliance issues are managed through Flexible Rentals.

Basic

SaddleBrooke Ranch is located in the countryside 35 miles north of Tucson near the small historic town of Oracle, AZ. Flexible Rentals offers one story, two bedroom w/den condominium style Villas starting at three months and extending to a year or longer for those who are building homes at SaddleBrooke Ranch.

Professional

Flexible Rental owners are Tom (Wingman) and Kelly Reuter. Tom and Kelly live in SaddleBrooke Ranch and directly oversee and operate rental Villas. Tom and Kelly have built four properties at SaddleBrooke Ranch and have developed flexible leases for those also building homes or looking for a vacation rental. Their experiences are invaluable when meeting the needs of their tenants.

Business

Tom (Wingman) and Kelly Reuter own four Villas models at SaddleBrooke Ranch. All units are two bedroom, two bath, w/den properties. Models include a 1777 sq. ft. Lago; a 1877 sq. ft. Bria; and two (2) 1619 sq. ft. Viva(s). Our units were selected for their locations and views. All units are furnished. Leases include access to all the amenities at Saddlebrooke Ranch.
